USE EPAYMENT TO PAY YOUR TROOP COOKIE/CANDY/MAGAZINE BILL
WHAT ARE THE STEPS NEEDED TO MAKE AN ePAYMENT?
1. Log In to secure website https://sne.gsachonline.com/ using your email and password (Create an account if you don't have one)
2. Enter/update your profile information
3. Enter troop bank information for each troop you lead. Note you will need to enter a five digit troop number. If your troop number is less than five digits, add zeros in front. For example, 00123.
4. Choose troop and enter payment amount and submit
5. Receive an email payment confirmation
WHO PAYS THE TROOP COOKIE/CANDY/MAGAZINE BILL?
The Troop Leader is responsible to deposit cash, checks and money orders into the troop bank account and pay the troop bill to council. Remember to provide ample time for all checks to clear your troop account before you pay your troop bill. Troops have four options to pay the troop bill.
1. Electronic payment using ePayment.
2. Deposit payment directly into the GSSNE Operating Account.
3. Deliver payment to the GSSNE office.
4. Deliver payment to area product sale coordinator (PSC) who will deposit the funds.
